PF Points is our reward system which gives you points every time you shop online. Your points can then be redeemed for money off future purchases.
Currently, the exchange rate is:
- £1 spent = 1 PF Point
- 20 PF Points = £1 off
In order to redeem your points, you must have a minimum of 20 PF Points.
Terms and Conditions
PF Points are automatically added to your online account after your order has been completed (dispatched). PF Points are not transferrable for money, unless redeemed through the online system at the exchange rate set above. The exchange rate can be changed at any time and without notification to customers.
You must have an online account to use PF Points. The terms and conditions associated with online accounts apply. PF Points may be redeemed in a stall or physical environment with the permission of Positive Flames. This decision is final.
